Are pets allowed?
Although we are pet lovers ourselves, we kindly ask for you to keep your furry friends at your house.
How many people are allowed?
This property allows for an 8 person capacity.
Is Wifi available?
Yes, we have high speed internet up to 800 mbps for all friends who stay with us.
How much parking is available?
There is plenty of parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required and it will be returned to you after your visit.
Do all guests need to be registered in advance?
Yes, in order to serve you best, we need to know how many people will be staying at the property.
Cleaning fee?
$225 per stay, including short stays
Minimum stay?
3 nights, unless only 2 night are available on the calendar
Is the pool heated?
Not at this time
What is your cancellation Policy?
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
NO EVENTS OR PARTIES
We have a STRICT no party policy at our property. Guests hosting large parties or meetings will be required to forfeit the remainder of their stay with no refund, and will be assessed a minimum $500 additional cleaning fee. We take this very seriously. Thank you for your cooperation.
GETTING AROUND
We recommend renting a car for your stay. If you prefer to travel by bicycle or would just like to rent them for fun, check out Drifters for drop off/pick up bike rentals. They deliver right to the house complete with lights and locks!
RENTAL DETAILS
When to arrive: 4:00 pm on arrival day
When to checkout: 10:00 am on checkout day
Per the listing, we will charge the card on file for the listing's Security Deposit of $300 two days prior to arrival. The funds will be released 7 days after checkout if no damage is present upon your departure.

ADDITIONAL RULES
All guests must be registered. Please list all guests on your reservation. We require a copy of an approved government photo ID of the person booking the reservation. This can be sent via the Airbnb chat feature. Guests must sign a rental agreement which will be sent after your booking is confirmed.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind on the property. A $500 fee will be charged plus any additional cleaning and/or damage fees.
Our property has an outdoor pool. The booking of our property releases the owners and hosts of the property from any liability associated with your use of the pool. Do not use the pool if you are not feeling well. Guests must sign a waiver (sent after booking) before any use of the pool. The pool is not heated.
We have a professional cleaning crew that cleans and disinfects between guests. In order to keep our cleaning fees reasonable, we ask that you please leave the house as you found it. We appreciate you loading and starting the dishwasher before you leave.
All trash and recycling must be thrown out and placed in the correct bins. St. Augustine recycles cardboard and plastic. Please separate these items from your general trash.
When checking out please make sure all doors and windows are closed and locked.
GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY
Please note that we are located in a residential neighborhood in St. Augustine, so we ask that all guests be good neighbors. Please be respectful and keep noise levels at a reasonable level. No guns or fireworks.
We love coming to our home. When we're not there we love to host other guests. Please be respectful of all of the furniture and decor items that were lovingly collected. Everything in the home was hand-selected and very special to us.
